The oil extracted from the perilla is the largest source of omega-3 essential, namely alpha-linolenic acid (61% ALA). Our body is not able to make himself Omega-3 fatty acids and they must, consequently, be made through our diet. Ideally it contains four omega-6 to 1 omega-3 (therefore the best balanced omega-6/omega-3 ratio is 4/1).
Perilla oil (ALA = alpha-linolenic acid) 500 mg (310 mg), vitamin E 2.5 mg.
