Lemocin is proposed as symptomatic treatment of painful and inflammatory diseases of the mouth and pharynx.
Qualitative and quantitative composition:
The active substances are tyrothricine (4 mg), cetrimide (2 mg) and lidocaine (1 mg).

Posology and method of administration:
The lozenges slowly melt in the mouth without chewing.
And Adults children over 6 years: - in acute and severe infections: 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours, - in less severe infections: 1 lozenge every 2 to 3 hours.
Maximum daily dose: not more than 8 lozenges.
Duration of treatment: with a throat infection or sore throat, accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea or vomiting for no longer than 2 days without medical advice.
Note: Lemocin sweetened with saccharin and sorbitol.
It contains no sucrose and may be used by diabetics.

Special warnings and precautions for use:

Lidocaine is excreted in breast milk. But the concentrations are so low that the product can be used without problem during lactation.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction:
To date, no interaction between Lemocin and other substances reported. The concomitant use of surfactants (eg toothpaste), the effect of reducing cetrimidebromure.
