mucolytica The combination of antitussives and resources with which dry secretions (anticholinergics or atropine-like drugs) is not rational.
Because of its chelating properties may acetylcysteine bioavailability of the salts of heavy metals such as gold and iron salts and calcium salts decrease. In the absence of precise data on this is advisable for the intake of acetylcysteine and salts of these to spread or use a different route.
Acetylcysteine reduces the bioavailability after oral administration of orally administered cephalosporins. Therefore, we must spread the intake of both products administered by a different route.
