Composition / Content / Content

Wheat starch, sucrose, stabilizers (guar gum), pectin, baking powder (glucono-delta-lactone), sodium bicarbonate, vitamins (B1, B2, B6 and niacin).

0.3 g protein, 87 g carbohydrates (including sugars 7 g), 1 g fat (of which saturates 0.4g), 1 g dietary fiber, 6.5 mg iron (46% DV), vitamin B1 0 , 4 mg (28% RDA), vitamin B2 0.4 mg (25%), vitamin B3 4 mg (22%), Vitamin B6 0.35 mg (17%), 150 mg sodium, 30 mg potassium , 15 mg calcium, phosphorus 40 mg.

Use
Gluten-free bread and low in protein: Ingredients:

500 g flour, 50 g fat (butter, margarine), 7 g dry yeast or 25 g fresh yeast, 4 dl of water (room temperature), (1 pinch of salt).

Preparation:
