Acts as a natural dietary product during convalescence, overwork, sporting efforts, growth, pregnancy, lactation and aging symptoms.
Preferably during (3) repas.Diluer in soup, porridge, a pap, milk (skim), coffee, tea, cocoa ... Stir well. Be careful not to bring the mixture to a boil. Children and adults: 2-3 tablespoons per day. A course lasts for 6 weeks, 8 bags of 250 g. Then stop for 2 weeks.
