Dettolmedical Chloroxylenol 4.8 % cut. sol. (conc.) 500 ml

• The active ingredient is 4.8 mg chloroxylenol/100 ml concentrate for preparing a solution for application to the skin.


• The other ingredients are pine oil, isopropyl alcohol, castor oil soap, caramel (E 150c) and purified water.

Dettolmedical must not be used.

• if you have eczema (a dry, scaly skin condition).


• if you are allergic to chloroxylenol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6.

Do not use around the eyes, ears, nose, or mouth. Do not use on large areas of the body or sensitive skin.

If the solution is swallowed, rinse the mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water or milk. In case of accidental contact with the eyes, ears, nose, or mouth, rinse well with plenty of cold water. In both cases, consult a doctor.

If the concentrate has been used undiluted, the skin should be washed off, and a doctor should be consulted if skin reactions occur.
