use:

Take 1 capsule of Labo Life 2LEAI daily. Take in the morning.

If you need to take more than one capsule a day, you must continue to respect the numbering of the capsules: take capsule number 1 in the morning on an empty stomach, capsule number 2 one hour after eating and capsule number 3 at 4 pm (do not take capsules more in after 17 hours, this can reduce sleep in some sensitive people). The next day you start with capsule number 4 in the morning on an empty stomach, etc. You follow the same procedure.

The medicines from Micro-Immunotherapy consist of sequential capsules. The three blister packs in the box have a numbering. You should follow this numbering when taking the medicine: you start with capsule 1 and take the medicine to capsule 10. When you have taken the first blister pack, you must take the next blister pack. You start again with number 1.

Ideally, take the medicine on an empty stomach in the morning. If this is not possible, you can take the medicine 15 to 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after a meal.
