Magnesium in the case of a comprimé.Dans Magnepamyl Optimum there also has synergy with cofactors. Good absorption in the intestines. Contains magnesium glycerophosphate and magnesium citrate.

Indications: to advocate for stress, muscle cramps and fatigue.

Composition / Content / Content

Magnepamyl:

• Magnesium lactate 1055 mg per tablet, which corresponds to 100 mg of magnesium element.

Magnepamyl Forte:

• Magnesium Citrate 667 mg, or 106.72 mg essential magnesium per tablet.

Magnepamyl Optimum (finally a good formula ...)

• Magnesium glycerophosphate (4 tablets per 450 mg of Mg ^{+ +)} + + taurine + vitamin B vitamin D.

Use

2 to 4 tablets per 24 hours.

Cons-indications

Renal failure.

Advice

Not taking in conjunction with calcium salts, phosphates, iron or tetracycline (3 hours before or after 3 hours).

Warnings

Consult doctor in case of colic, cramps or diarrhea.
